Yes. Many of our Dubai clients use us as their hub for GCC expansion. We can adapt your digital campaigns to fit the Saudi market (which requires a different tone and dialect) and handle the logistics for exhibitions in Riyadh (LEAP, World Defense Show) through our trusted partners in the Kingdom.

We are both. Nerve Agency provides an end-to-end solution. We handle the 3D design, the technical engineering, the venue approvals (DWTC/ADNEC), the fabrication in our workshop, and the on-site installation.
Yes. We are a one-stop shop. We supply all necessary AV rentals (LED walls, touchscreens, sound systems) and furniture rentals (bar stools, lounge seating, reception counters). You don't need to hire separate suppliers; we manage the entire inventory.
Yes. We work with licensed talent partners to source professional hostesses, promoters, and MCs for your stand. We ensure all staff have the required event permits to work legally within DWTC or ADNEC.
Transperancy is key. Typically, our quote covers the design, fabrication, and installation. Third-party venue charges such as electricity connection, water, internet, and ceiling rigging points, are billed directly by the venue (e.g., DWTC) to the exhibitor. However, we assist you in filling out these order forms to ensure you order exactly what is needed.
We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, but we have the fabrication capacity to handle "rush" projects on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately if you have a tight deadline.
Yes. We offer storage services for modular and reusable stand elements. If you plan to attend multiple shows (like GITEX and Arab Health), we can dismantle, store, and refurbish your stand for the next event, saving you fabrication costs.
Yes. We handle the submission of technical drawings, risk assessments, and method statements required by major venues like Dubai World Trade Centre. We ensure your stand meets all safety and electrical regulations.
